Caleo is built for the days when you don't feel like logging. Snap a photo of the plate, or just talk to your phone — Caleo does the rest. Then it gently shows you what's actually working in your week.
Most tracking apps stop working on day three because they ask for too much. Caleo is built around one idea: if it takes five seconds, you'll keep doing it.
Take a picture and Caleo figures out the calories, the macros, and twenty other things you'd never bother to type. Unlimited scans on Pro.
Tell Caleo what you ate, hands-free. It writes it down, breaks it into ingredients, and logs the whole thing.
Each morning, Caleo gives you a few small things to try based on how the week has actually been going. Not a generic plan — yours.
Caleo notices the connections you don't have time to spot — like which nights of sleep change your mood the most. Then it tells you, simply.
Track your cycle and Caleo tailors training, food, and rest to where you are this week. Gentle, never bossy.
Sleep, mood, water, habits, journaling, breathwork — all in one place. The little things compound.
No long lists to scroll. No barcode hunts when you're out for dinner. Just look, log, move on.
Bottom centre, same place every time. Tap and you'll see all your logging options open up.
Camera, voice, barcode, or just type. Whichever fits the moment — Caleo doesn't mind.
Calories and macros land on your dashboard. Adjust if you want, save it as a favourite, or just close the app.
The biggest predictor of progress is logging four or more days a week, week after week. Caleo is designed to make that easy on the days you don't feel like it.
"Logging is way more accurate when it's quick — under ten seconds, ideally."
"Tracking how often you check in is the strongest predictor of long-term outcomes."
"Sleep, mood and food track together more reliably than any one of them does alone."
"Feedback that uses your own data beats generic advice every time."
"Voice and photo logging see far higher daily use than typing or barcode-scanning."
"Apps that respect privacy keep their users longer."
Caleo is a new product. We don't display made-up reviews and we'll only feature member quotes once real users ask to be quoted. The principles above are the design ideas behind the app — independently visible in how it behaves.
Free is genuinely useful — manual meal logging, the activity tracker, sleep, mood, habits, cycle, and a daily set of wellness suggestions. Pro turns on the AI features that make logging quick.
No. Caleo is a wellness, nutrition, and habit-tracking tool — not medical advice and not a medical device. Always check with a qualified medical professional about any health condition or before changing your diet, exercise, sleep, supplements, or fertility practices. The full Terms of Use cover this in detail.
On encrypted servers, locked down so only you can see your stuff. The smart features run through a secure connection to a privacy-respecting AI provider — your photos and voice clips are processed for the moment and not stored or used to train models. We never sell your data, and we don't run ads.
Not yet. Caleo is iPhone-only at launch — it leans on Apple Health, Sign in with Apple, and other iPhone features. Android may come later.
Anytime, from your Apple ID Settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Auto-renew turns off straight away and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. No phone calls, no email chains.
You keep your free-tier features and your full history. The Pro-only features turn off and you fall back to manual logging plus a static set of daily wellness suggestions. Nothing is deleted unless you ask.
The free tier is genuinely useful and totally usable forever without paying. The 7-day Pro trial does require a payment method on your Apple ID (Apple's rule, not ours), but you won't be charged unless you stay subscribed past the trial.
